In his personal time, Mr Welsh volunteers as a fundraiser for Tunnels to Towers and Luke’s Wings. Tunnels to Towers is a non-profit organization that provides mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders, Gold Star families, and catastrophically injured veterans. Luke’s Wings is a military nonprofit dedicated to providing flights to the families of wounded, ill and injured service members to be with them during their recovery and rehabilitation. Heath also volunteers as a soccer and baseball coach. He advocates for the importance of getting back outdoors, especially introducing veterans and youth to the outdoors.

We staff over 85 employees and oversee a strictly chosen network of 5 highly qualified subcontractors.
Team Real Clean Services resources operate effectively and efficiently out of one office/warehouse location in NJ. Our management system, methods and standard operating procedures have been effectively operating hybrid, both in office and remotely throughout NJ, PA, and DE even before the Covid19 pandemic.
